A True Neutral Existence

Written by Mathew Naismith

I will try to explain what it is truly like being neutral in one's own expressions and being. Being neutral isn't about not taking sides, it's about how we take sides.

Extract: “Neutrality, a good place to visit, and a strong place to live”

Another way of strengthening your energy, and to stay in knowing and living your purpose, is to get neutral. “By shifting into neutral we get power!”

In my mind, this article explains what being neutral is all about, however, the use of expressions like positive and power therefore control, is not of a neutral being. Firstly, being positive isn't neutral and power or empowerment simply refers to power and control over something else. Usually something that is in opposition to being positive and empowered. Being neutral simply means one is not limited or controlled by fixations or desires. We have simply been conditioned to the feelings that empowerment and being positive give us; of course all this has created is another fixation. Considering that our present reality is chaotic and destructive, fixating ourselves to any kind of empowerment and positiveness makes us feel better in such a reality. The trick to being neutral is not to look at a chaotic destructive reality as being negatives or positive; it's simply a journey that is different to other journeys that are not as chaotic and destructive.

A lot of people have the idea of being neutral that you don't do anything in opposition to anything else, another energy source. In a sense this is true, you don't do anything in opposition to anything else but you can influence change upon another energy source without being in opposition and this is the trick. Trying to influence another energy source from within isn't about being in opposition but about being neutral to that source you are trying to influence. Being neutral is all about staying away from perceptions that create separation and division, for example, negative and positive, black and white, etc.

I would say that using expressions like power and positivenenss in this article, was to attract people who are anything but neutral towards their present environment or reality. I don't myself use expressions like empowerment and positive because I am not into attracting people through their desires and fixations. This might seem silly, especially in regards that a lot of people simply look upon this reality as being negative/toxic. These people are searching for something in opposition to a chaotic destructive reality. I simply try to avoid anything to attract people by using any kind of expression that separates and divides, in a sense, I try to be true to my expressions.

To be honest, a lot of people consort to the following, however, imagine what a totally neutral existence would create. The article above that I have attached to this post gives a brief outline of this.  I have also inserted further reading material at the end of this post that I consort to more.

In short, we cannot grow, we cannot achieve authentic discovery, and our eyes cannot be cleansed to the truly beautiful possibilities of life, if we simply live a neutral existence.

Adjective. The definition of neutral is not taking part in a fight or war or having very little color. An example of neutral is a person who does not take sides in an argument between two friends. An example of neutral is the color tan.

So if I see an obvious coloured person, I have to see them as being tan to be neutral? No, they are coloured but not coloured in opposition or negative in anyway to me being white. Within this perception, you are not deceiving yourself nor are you separating and dividing yourself from anything that is different to you. Let's be honest here, self-deception is an abuse of energy and something that often creates more separation and division. Is seeing an obvious coloured person separation? If I only see a coloured person instead of a human being, yes, most definitely but I don't. How many people only see empowerment and being positive as being the only constructive way to exist? This is exactly like seeing a coloured person as being coloured therefore negative; you focus more on the colour than anything else.

We so often perceive that being positive is good to negative being bad, is this not of the same mentality that white people are positive and black people are negative? Of course it is. Is the sun negative and toxic because it's one of the most violent destructive sources of energy within our solar system? Of course not, this is how a person who is remotely neutral thinks. Why separate the suns violence and destructiveness from mans violence and destructiveness? We often separate being positive to being negative as a positive, we simply focus mainly on a positive being positive and empowering. To be a successful multinational, you have to be positive and empowered. How destructive are multinationals upon our environment?

Let's be honest here with ourselves, most of us are conditioned to focus on the colour of a man, not what the man truly represents, simply another energy source on a different journey of life to ourselves. Our present reality is simply another journey of many other journeys. Being neutral isn't about not taking sides, like taking sides to being neutral to not being neutral, it's about the way we take sides. Being neutral in myself as much as possible isn't of the perception that not being neutral is negative, it's simply seeing that all else from being neutral is not neutral therefore of separation and division. Being of separation and division isn't negative, it's simply a different way to exist and perceive to being neutral.

The side I have chosen is to be neutral as possible, so even choosing to be neutral is taking sides but it is different in the way we take side to when we are not being neutral. It's by no mistake that the antonym to neutral is negative and/or positive, so to be neutral is taking a side but not in opposition to negatives and positives. It simply comes down to how we take sides, this of course is simply done by not perceiving in negatives and positives being bad or good, wrong and right, etc.

Extract: When a pattern is brought to neutral we’re no longer bothered by it. Thinking of the issue no longer evokes a response, positive or negative. We’re no longer polarized. When we think of the issue it’s just neutral.

When we meet a situation that used to trigger us, now it simply informs us, clearly. Now we’re free to express as we’re moved to be in this  moment. We’re freer to make a choice that’s no longer influenced by our patterning. We’re freer to open to our innate knowing and know  how to respond in a manner that’s appropriate for all involved.

Extract: We constantly evaluate our world throughout our day. We have to; it’s part of human nature and it’s survival. However, too often evaluation becomes judgment. Judgment becomes bias. Bias leads us down the path of whatever emotion is tied to that bias, be it resentment, guilt, or even joy. Sometimes this path takes us to a very narrow space where we can get stuck. But what if we could evaluate without heading down that path of attachment?

To Change From Within

Written by Mathew Naismith

"The world can only change from within". ~ Eckhart Tolle

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world". ~ Mahatma Gandhi

What does it mean to change from within? Is it to influence change within our personal individual selves or is it to change within human existence? Human existence is of us as is the entire universe. Its important here not to separate yourself as being a separate entity to all else, in turn dividing energy into separate individual parts. In my mind, any division of energy, especially into numerous different entities, is an abuse of energy. Influencing change from within can only be accomplished if we are a part of what we are trying to influence change upon.

Can change be successfully implemented if we divide everything up into negatives and positives, good and bad, wrong and right, black and white, light and dark, etc? No, because you have now separated yourself from what you wish to influence change upon from within. With this kind of abuse of energy there is no within. Yes, you have your own separate divided self to change from within but while being separate to what you really want to influence change upon. You cannot change the world if you are still separate to that world, all changes must be from within that world, not separate to that world. Of course many people desire to scrap this world/reality for a more positive world of love and light. You are simply not scrapping anything within this kind of mentality of separation and division. With this mentality of separation and division, you are certainly not trying to change from within but from outside to what you are tying to change.

To change from within entails us to change within the environment we wish to change. You have to be a part of what you want to change, not separate to it. Is changing within the personal individual self really a change from within, when we have or are trying to separate ourselves from the world we are within? In truth, this kind of abuse of energy is simply changing your own world, which isn't going to change the world from within because you are no longer within that world. Is being within your own separate individual self truly of an inner self? Simply, there is no separate individual self that we need to change from within, all of existence is the self which, if you like it or not, is a part of you. To continually separate yourself from the rest of the existence you desire not to be a part of isn't changing from within, it's simply abuse of energy through separation and division to only serve the individual self.

I recently came a cross an article where aliens, different forms of energy, told a large group of children about our abuse of energy. I will insert this article latter on. The abuse of energy was not just to do with our natural resources but our abusive use of mental projections upon each other. An example, a true sense of love and light doesn't separate itself from all other energy forms; it certainly doesn't ostracise and banish anything not of its own energy. Within this mentality, a true sense of love and light is found in any reality or world. A true sense of love and light is not an energy form that separates its own energy from any other energy. Today's perception of love and light for a lot of people is all about separation and division, simply, an abuse of energy to serve the individual only. You simply cannot change from which you have separated yourself from in any way, especially when you have the perception you are not within what you are trying to influence. If there is any sense of separation or division, you are not within.

How many people think that love and light is a positive? A true sense of love and light is actually neutral, this is why some people are able to experience a true sense of unconditional love in this state. There are no conditions created by perceptions of positive or negative, black and white. Any form of division and separation is an abuse of energy. Look at how black people were abused because black was simply referred to as a negative by white people. Actually, any other skin colour than white was and still is often perceived to be negative in some way by some people, this is in opposition to white people representing a positive. Separation, division and abuse creates by negative and positive perceptions!!

If you really want to influence the rest of the world, do it from within what you are trying to influence and stay away from anything that promotes separation and division. You cannot change what you critically judge negative in any sense, not in harmony anyway. This means to influence change upon the world, one must truly do it from within this world, this means being a part of what you are trying to change. At no time have disdain for what you are trying to change in any sense, all this mentality will create is even more separation and division, not less. You will find once you become neutral within your mentality, working within what you are trying to change will come so easy to you.

People like me interact with all energy to one degree or another, we simply don't ostracise and critically judge what isn't of ourselves. Yes, at times one must let go of certain energies that are on another journey to yourself but do it without separation and division created by positive and negative perceptions. Remember, a true sense of love and light is not of separation and division, in actuality quite the opposite. It's simply a beautiful conscious state of neutrality which can also lead to experiencing the zone more often.

A number of years ago I wrote about how reincarnation is about one life lived, not many lives lived. Each different segment to this life is simply a journey to be experienced, like a stage play where you have one play but a number of acts that make up a play. Looking from a human perspective, there are many lives lived. Looking from the soul perspective, there is only one life lived. The point is, it would seem I am not conditioned to separating and dividing everything into separate divided segments. In saying this, depending on the environment I am in at the time, I still express perceptions of negatives and positives but I am aware of this kind of abuse of energy. This is important; avoid looking at the abuse of energy as something negative or bad for obvious reasons. I am also aware that most people are conditioned to express perceptions of negatives and positives (separatism) most of the time in their lives.

As the following article shows, other entities from other places within the universe are saying the same thing I am, be aware of how you use and abuse energy in every sense.

What Are We Doing!!

Written by Mathew Naismith

Everything is of the path of the flow of the water. No matter of what the water, everything else from this is simply a journey to be experienced........MG Naismith

Indeed, what are we doing when we are forcing ourselves to change, forcing our path to be different to what the present reality determines? Are we living in the present while trying to force this change upon our own personal individualistic path? Of course forcing change upon our own path is in hope that this change will engulf the rest of the world, making for a collective path to be what we personally perceive to be right and positive.
Have we the right to force change upon another person's path? No, so what right have we to force change upon the collective path to be more like the path we are trying to force upon our own path?

Our present reality is all about forcing one's own path onto others. As it is of this reality to force one's own path onto others, are we any different to this reality if we do the same, in any sense? Forget about changing your own path to be different to the collective path, for all this is of is the reality we are trying to change, the same mentality using different tactics to force change upon a path.

Spiritually, we are not supposed to be about forcing change upon other people's path. If we are not of this reality that is about separation and individualism, why do so many of us force change upon our own path separate and individualised through our own actions from the collective path? To force change upon our own path, is the same in forcing change on other people and the collective path, for there is only one path of many different journeys.

Yes, it is often said that there are many different separate and individualised paths of the same human journey. This human journey is of course different to and separate to other living entities journeys, within this perception, we have separated the human journey from every other journey taken by other species on Earth and even Earth (Gaia) itself. This separation is simply due to us perceiving that we are taking a different path while on the same journey; this is also while separating our own journey from all other journeys as if they are not of the same path. Our human journey is perceived to be different and separate to all other journeys, even though we are of the same path as the universe!! The human path isn't just of the same path than Earths path; it's the same as the universes path while experiencing a different journey while following the same path as everything else.

Look at this way, is experiencing time and space of the universe a path or a journey? Considering that journeys are of travelling from one place to another, therefore an indication of time and space, and that paths refer to an established line of travel or access that journeys are defined by, is not the journey of the path a line of travel or access? The journey is only an indication of the existence of time and space where the path is of time and space and timelessness therefore spaceless. Where is the universe travelling to? The universe is not travelling from one place to another, however, the universe is on a path from creation (birth) to a conclusion or end (death), and so is everything else of this universe no matter what. The universe is defined by time from its journey from creation to its end, while at the same time on a path of simply existing or being like everything else.

Even if we go beyond time and space, meaning that any journey experienced is not governed by time and space, the journey is still governed by a path of existence or consciousness. Cannot some people access a state of timelessness? This state of timelessness is often experienced through practices like meditation where time has no meaning, this is a journey, not a path, that can be experienced through accessing certain states of consciousness. Accessing this state is a line of travel for the consciousness to experience a journey governed by timelessness within time. It matter not what path the journey takes, it's still a path taken by a consciousness to experience. It's the journey that determines the path experienced, not the path that determines the journey experienced. Once you enter into a state of timelessness, there is no journey to be taken but a path of being in a state of timelessness. Everything is governed by the same path while on a different journey. The human experience is not a path onto it's own but one of many journeys.

You will notice that a lot of Eastern literature or philosophy refers to many paths in life, where a lot of Western literature or philosophy refers to a lot of journeys in life. I am not sure if the interpretation of Eastern philosophy into Western ideological perceptions is correct in regards to paths and journeys here. All I can do is define that journeys are only of time, being that journeys are only experienced in time and space. A path of travelling and experience is not defined by travelling from one point to another, like from birth to death; the path is simply a line of travel in what ever state or reality experienced. Simply, paths are not defined by travelling from (A) birth to (b) death but a line of travel taken by a journey experienced.

Yes, there are many journeys to be taken therefore experienced but while on the same path. Paths are only separated and divided by the journeys experienced, in other words only while perceiving through the perceptions of time can we have the perception of many paths. Ask yourself, what defines different paths? The journey experienced along that path, it's therefore the journeys experienced that defines a perceived different path, not the path that defines a different journey. It's the journeys experienced that defines a different separated path to other paths. There is really only one path with many journeys to be experienced.

And here we are, trying to force change on our own and each others paths, when all we need to do is influence a change upon our journeys to become aware. To become aware that it's not the many paths we need to force change upon, but to simply become aware of what we are doing when trying to force change upon what we perceive to be many paths. You simply need to be aware that everything is of the same path but on a different journey that are not separate to the path. The path in time and space simply creates separate journeys to be experienced while still of the path. What is a path without an individual journey? Singular, it's simply the journey that gives us a perception of separate individual paths. Simply think the path to be singular instead of plural, meaning, of many individual paths.

Look at it this way, how many people following the same path of, for example, materialism or spirituality experience a different journey even on the same path? It's the journey experienced that makes a path seem different to all other paths. To people like me, realities primarily governed by time therefore separation and division seem upside down. As I wrote some time ago, it's not the questions that formulate (create) the answers, it's the answers that formulate (create) the questions. Here we are looking for the questions to the answers when we should be looking for the appropriate answers to the questions, in actuality, when the answers simply appear by desisting in our separatist ways, the questions to the answers are no longer relevant. Simply influence the way we, not you as a separate entity, experience the journey.

Speaking with the Universe

Written by Mathew Naismith

An actual act in speaking with, not to, the universe seems like a strange concept or perception does it not? Not to a lot of people. To a lot of people, talking with the universe is talking directly to God or source of creation. To a lot of other people it's more to do with oneness, being that all energy isn't perceived to be separate but of one source. Only to the ego is energy perceived to be only of separate entities, therefore only of the ego is time and space perceived thus creating a perception of separate entities. It is then quite understandable why time is going to quickly these days, how much separation is perceived these days by the collective consciousness?

The separation and division between rich and poor is greater.

The separation and division between negative and positive is greater.

The separation and division between light and dark is greater.

How much above do we portray human physical beauty above all other beauty? This is all simply an abuse of energy through separation and division.

Yes, media has brought us more together, to simply show how separate we are to each other!! Through the media, we seem to perceive more through separation and division in what is positive and negative, bad and good, wrong and right, black and white. How many people, through mass communication (media), are now trying to separate themselves more from the present negative (toxic) reality? Of course time is going to be perceived to go quicker, energy as a whole is separated into so many different divisions.

Imagine yourself within a universe that has no stars or planets, within this reality there is no separation of energy into any kind of individual entities. Within this state, what would then define time? With no perceptions of separation of energy, time doesn't just slow down, it ceases to exist. Now, what does the perception of time going faster and faster denote? The answer is obvious, the act of separating energy more and more. The perception of time going faster certainly isn't a sign of less separation and division but more separation and division of energy. The controlling ego has deceived many of us to perceive that we are becoming more at one and of unconditional love when in truth, the perception of time going faster and faster tells the true story in this.

This is exactly why people like me, who observe human consciousness, observe it as a consciousness lost within its own creation. When it is said that this is the age of false prophets, they mean that the ego in control will be at its most deceptive and receptive to deceit. Human consciousness will simply deceive its own consciousness, this is while the signs, like the perception of time quickening, clearly tell us we are being deceived. In a way, this is the universe, an undivided energy source, speaking to us and telling us that we are deceiving ourselves. How can you talk about oneness and unconditional love, while at the same time trying to separate yourself from everything that doesn't make you feel good?

Is this why so many parents these days don't chastise their children, it doesn't feel good for the parent to personally to do so, even though it's good for the child? We have simply separated what is good for us personally to what is good for the child. Being as one is what is good for the child is also good for the parent, no matter what the parent has to sacrifice for the good of the collective, of the family as a whole. We are simply individualising reality to serve individual desires. This is the controlling ego.

Consider the universe. The universe has many children as in many galaxies, solar systems, suns, planets and many other entities such as black holes. The universe works as one while at the same time each entity within this universe also works individually. Children within a family unit act as individuals while being a part of a family unit, a collective. What humans don't often perceive is that we are a part of a family unit called the universe. How many of us have even separated ourselves from Gaia, mother Earths family. Within our ongoing separation, we are abusing energy and hurting the family unit, the Earth itself!!

I must make a correction here; it's the Western mind in all of us that doesn't see itself as part of a family unit in regards to the universe and even Gaia, this is because the Western mind is all about individualisation, the separation of energy. Note: To separate yourself from the Western mind is of the Western mind of individuation; this is why the Eastern mind, while being of the Eastern mind, will not separate one mind from the other. Imagine the universe itself separating itself from its own children, its own creations, because each creation of the universe also works individually to the universe but not separate from universe. No matter how individually the Western mind works separate to the mind over all, it's still working within the mind as a unit, a collective.  It's the same within the universe. No matter how individually human consciousness divides itself from the universe as a whole, human consciousness is still working within the universe.

Imagine communicating with the universe itself exactly like you would with another person, the only exception being that the ego is not in control. When you take away the desires and attachments of a controlling ego, like perceptions of negatives and positives, light and dark, God and man, in other words all separations and divisions of energy as a whole, communicating with the universe one on one becomes easy. What occurs when you have no sense of separation with your parents? Communication becomes easy; the Eastern mind relates this to the universe as well, remember though, the Western mind won't as this is its natural state to individualise and divide like all the entities within the universe seem to be.

I am presently in a state where I have no desire to separate myself from a state of separation, to desire this would be of separation and division and we should know what separation and division of energy creates. The world at present is a prime example. Simply being aware of my own collectiveness with the universe as whole is well and truly all I need at present in my life. Avoid at all cost in any concept, ideology or ism that is all about the separation and division of energy in any sense. The collective human consciousness, in my mind, needs more union not less, especially to be able to hear what the universe is trying to say. How often, as children, don't' we hear what our parents have to say when not working in unison and harmony with our parents, with the family unit as a whole? The same is with the universe, however, the Western mind in all of us won't want to comprehend this, this is why the balance between the Western and Eastern thinking is always wise in my mind.

By the way, many people say they are speaking to and not with God or the universe; this is also a sign of separation and division. To hear the universe speak, you must be speaking with the universe; everything else is a fallacy, a deception by individual entities within the universe itself.

Extract: Good & Bad Don’t Exist

Did the city worker do a bad thing? No. As we have previously stated, good and bad are always subjective, the homeless man may have used that money to clean himself up and eat a decent meal, or he could just have likely spent it on alcohol or hard drugs. No act is either good or bad, but rather it is a decision that either serves us or it doesn’t serve us.

Experiencing the Zone

Written by Mathew Naismith

Being in the zone, to me, refers to an enlightened state where your focus allows you to perform physical and mental tasks way beyond your normal boundaries. Simply, your awareness has focus in this state on a particular task, not on many tasks at the same time. Boundaries by the way are a creation of the controlling ego, a separation of energy into negatives and positive, good and bad, wrong and right. How often are these separation thought of when in the zone? There simply not for all energy within this state becomes neutral, as if you are one with all the energy around you without separation. Imagine being at one with all the energy of the universe or even all of creation as a whole, this is the zone.

Focus on your awareness has focus, meaning that your awareness has focus on one thing instead of being partially focused on many things. Too often our awareness, when controlled by a controlling ego, will only partially focus on one thing, or, focus all energy, for example, on materialism or of what we desire. How many people put all their focus on their income and their job to fulfil their desires? When people focus like this, this is not the zone for energy used in this way is simply being abused. Often this kind of focus will create a destructive reality, not a constructive reality. If you feel at one with the energy around you, this is the zone, a state where you work in unison with energy without abusing energy. The zone isn't about fulfilling a desire; it's simply about working in unison with energy.

Do the people who experience the zone focus at anytime on their desires while experiencing the zone? Your focus isn't on positives and negatives, rights and wrongs, bad and good; your focus is simply on energy as a whole, there is simply no perception of separation of energy within this state. Be aware though, the ego in control will most often use this state to serve its own desires. This is often the case when the zone is perceived to be of a positive or is only obtained through positive thinking. Let's be honest here, this is the same mentality in that white people are more of a positive entity than black people. Never perceive that the zone is of and only gained through positive thinking, all this is a sign of is the abuse of energy, usually created by ignorance than awareness!!

Consider this, perceptions of negatives and positives, wrong and rights, bad and good, black and white, are simply perceptions where the zone is an actual state of consciousness and oneness. This is where energy is used harmoniously. You at no time have to be of a positive mind to experience this state; just don't be negative or even positive. Imagine not having to be positive because there were no perceived negatives!! Remember, positives and negatives are simply perceptions. How often is an occurrence perceived to be negative but then turns out to be a positive? Also, what is positive or negative to one person isn't to another.

I have had to do a lot of focusing in my life because of my predicament, at times outperforming people with no disabling abilities. I always remember a time when working at a National Park, barrowing wet gravel stone up a steep narrow hillside. A semi-professional footballer had a hard time keeping up with me. He never knew that I had a fully dislocated elbow and that my shoulder was weaker than my dislocated elbow.  Simply, my ego never took control of me because of my focus. Yes, pain can also teach us to focus but only if the ego in control is not in control of you.

There are a number of spiritual practices that condition us to focus better as well, meditation, singing hymns, chanting, praying and many other practices teach us to condition our mind to focus without abusing energy. Yes, playing a musical instrument or singing can also help us to focus in this way, often have performers gone into the zone. In actuality, anywhere where we are focusing, while working at one with energy around us, can lead us to experience this state called the zone. How many people have experienced enlightening experiences while going through some kind of trauma? What is no doubt perceived to be a negative experience by some people, can be one of our most enlightening experiences in our lives.

You will find the following actually refers to being in the zone to our alter ego, an alternate personality to your normal everyday self.  It would certainly seem that being in the zone can be used by the controlling ego to gain more control and self-satisfaction, even though while being in the zone itself isn't about a controlling ego. The zone is simply neutral and a natural state of existence. I don't actually concur with the findings of the following two inserted articles but some people might find them interesting.

Even though I rely on psychology to give me some of the answers to life, in the case of the zone, psychology for me really doesn't have the answers or the answers that are true to me. I instead agree with the following.

Happiness (enlightenment) isn't something you seek. You instead allow happiness to seek you, however, the act of seeking happiness (enlightenment) creates motion that leads one to the light when of the perception of being of the dark. The ego, when detaching itself from the control of the ego, will need to seek to then find out it must no longer seek what the ego seeks. You are simply seeking not to seek happiness, a state where the zone (enlightenment) is common place......

In the Zone

Written by Mathew Naismith

It's occurred again, a light bulb just went on Raghunath in reference to my interaction with people like you.

Consider this Raghunath. People talk about unconditional love and oneness at the same time avoiding, what they have judged, negative people and situations at all cost. There conditions in life are insurmountable. Get this. I personally know of Catholics who have helped various people of all walks of life including atheists in a big way. Who, between love and light people and Catholics, express fewer conditions?  Who is then able to truly comprehend and understand unconditional love and oneness the most?

I know of Buddhist and Hindus who express far fewer conditions than people of love, light and positivity. I have experienced this first hand, having been on a number of spiritual forums, their conditions to life overall are insurmountable. Look at what group is trying to switch the light bulb off of what they have conditions to the most. What group is trying to separate itself the most from the present reality? You could not become more of the dark if you tried; this is in fear of anything remotely critically judged as being negative and toxic or different to yourself. Being truly of the light is being aware of everything while of the absence of conditions as much a possible. You will notice a lot of these people also criticise religions!!

Conditions are usually created from perceptions of what is judged to be negative and positive, a division in consciousness, therefore energy, in fear of what isn't presently of ourselves. There is of course no true sense of oneness or unconditional love to be had in this. I am simply trying to awaken people to their own darkness, how many people today desire to stay unaware of themselves being of this darkness? People like you make a difference, for you are for turning on the light, not turning it off.

It's the seeker of light, of awareness, who turns on the light switch, not the person who guides you to that light switch. A true seeker simply refers to a person who seeks to express as fewer conditions as possible, most often seeking to do this unbeknownst to themselves. Less motion expressed is always preferable spiritually.

Also:
I do live in a cave, as such. I live within my own existence by going in, so so beautiful and harmonious. I created this cave, my own reality, by accepting everything for what it is, a consciousness lost within its own creation. Its nobodies fault and no one is to blame, it's simple conditioning over many years. We truly know not what we do, if we did, we couldn't have created such a reality.

When I face up to the worst of it, all I can do is smile but smile in bewilderment, not glee.

You didn't ramble on jim my, you simply expressed the truth within. Be you.

I am at times asked how I cope with this reality the way it is in the way I do. My wife and I haven't watched TV (television) for around ten years now; we have simply stopped the endless conditioning of television, the conditioning to what is positive and negative. We are simply being told or conditioned to what is and what isn't negative and positive. We are therefore often conditioned to express more motion, not less. What is a depiction of love? Lust and desire. What is positivity? Control, manipulation and the ostracisation of everything that doesn't give us control. Being in control is positive; not being in control is therefore negative. We are the good guys, they are the bad guys, it's a continuos separation (division) of consciousness. Of course television is but one media outlet that conditions us to express more motion, not less.

I am also asked how I coped and cope with the type of injuries I incurred in my childhood. People, who have incurred an injury half way through their lives, wonder how I copped with my injuries and also coped with my injuries without taking painkillers. Also, some of the work I did in my life was too hard to do for fully able people, people without serious injury.

If I tried to be positive all my life, I simply could not have done what I did; all my energy would have gone into trying to be positive instead of trying to be neutral. Being positive takes an endless amount of energy, it's something that has to be continually fed to stay positive. It takes very little energy to be neutral as there are no conditions to be neutral other than staying away from conditions in the first place. People excessively positive have to feed off of each other, this is why they ostracise anyone who is remotely judged as being negative, now imagine for a moment not having to do this.

You can see how I cope with this reality is simular to how I cope with my injuries and many other challengers in my life; I try to stay away from anything that conditions us to certain conditions. My own life experiences, which are often perceived as being negative by positive thinking people, is enlightening only because of the lack of conditions I put on my life. Now do the same with this reality. Look at this reality as a person trying to cope with a disability instead of a person who is simply negative. When you take away the conditions of negative and positive, you take away the need of excessive counteractive motions.

I ask myself, what is there to be so excessively positive if the same opposing excess doesn't exist? One excessive naturally creates the other; now imagine a reality of the absence of excesses. Perceptions of negatives and positives are simply perceptions and conditions we have created no more. Only through these perceptions can we create excesses. Don't be deceived for one moment, you don't have to be excessively positive to cope with life as it is, in fact, excessive positiveness doesn't cope, it simply ignores or stays in the dark to cope.......!!

Think on this, are sports people, who experience the zone where everything seems to slow down and they are at their optimum, think they are negative or positive at the time of their experience? They are simply neutral to all around them.

Extract: According to Csikszentmihalyi, the secret to getting “in the zone” is the Goldilocks principle: not too hot, not too cold. You want to feel inspired, but not overwhelmed. We can apply this to anything (everything!). Your squat weight, your career path, and your sex life: not so much challenge that you burn out, not so little that you get bored.

Note: It's also worth reading what different people feel when in the zone in this article. Imagine a reality where all that exists in this reality is in the zone......!!

What Have I Done!!

Written by Mathew Naismith

As I have found in today's society, if you tell the actual truth to telling a desired truth, most of what you will get back is a show of disdain. I of course have no problem with this; otherwise I would desist in what I am doing, which I am clearly not going to do. I also express myself through an Eastern mind as well as a Western mind; this is obviously way too confusing for the Western mind to comprehend thinking in this way.

People, I am not attacking Western culture in favour of Eastern culture, all I am doing is trying to influence an obvious imbalanced Western mind, in all of us and in all cultures, to become aware of it's own imbalances in the way the Western mind uses and abuses energy as a whole. In my mind, everything is energy, of course going by certain ideologies, this is the same as everything being of God. Of course mentioning God also offends certain Western minds, being that the Western mind is in all of us as of the Eastern mind. This simply gets back to yin and yang. Yang is prominently yang with a bit of yin and visa-versa. A Western culture is predominantly of the Western mind and visa-versa, however, the Western mind, in all cultures, seem to be presently predominant thus depicting an imbalance in the collective.

My motives have been put to the question and fair enough too. The following are an example of the replies I gave to the questioning of my motives and views by some people.

1: You seem to be defending Western cultures by demonising certain Eastern cultures when all I am doing is mentioning the Western mind in all cultures. I am not attacking Western culture or its people, the Easterners have shown in human history how they can be just as badly behaved and destructive.

I am not joking; it would seem only the Eastern mind knows what I am talking about here.  It's not about Western and Eastern cultures but about the Eastern and Western mind, in all of us.

You're not the only one XXXXX who doesn't quite get where I am coming from. They do say that the Western mind is easily offended. I am not attacking Western cultures but their obvious imbalanced Western minds.

The Western mind is hard to bring back into balance because this kind of mind often separates itself from all else, especially the Eastern mind. This is at present occurring in Eastern countries as well.

2: True, however, just because one is from an Eastern culture, doesn't mean one is not of or influenced by a Western mind. Easterners have always expressed a Western mind; it's just that in an Eastern culture it's easier to balance out the Western mind it would seem.

Please don't take offence but it seems that only the Eastern mind knows what I am talking about here. It matters not of what culture or country you come from, we need to be aware of how the Western mind works, in all of us, especially at present.

Actually, the multinationals that are hurting us mostly through control and manipulation are not from China, Japan or South Korea. China, Japan and South Korea are but puppets, so is the US to some degree. I can't at present go into this, I am censored. :-)

Extract: It is becoming apparent that we are all capable of thinking both holistically and analytically - and we are starting to understand what makes individuals flip between the two modes of thought.

Just for fun: It was determined that I was more of a Western mind in the following test, however, if I could have, I would have chosen both examples. The culture we are mostly influenced by often influences how we will think, no matter where we live.
